Cards
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover are accepted through our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe’s secure checkout and are never stored on our servers.
PayPal
You can pay with a PayPal balance, a linked bank account or a card held in your PayPal wallet. Choose PayPal at checkout and you will be redirected to finish the payment.
Apple Pay and Google Pay
Where your browser and device support it, Apple Pay and Google Pay appear as express options on the product and cart pages.
Currency
All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD). Your bank may apply its own conversion rate or a foreign transaction fee if your account is held in another currency.
When you are charged
Payment is authorised when the order is placed and captured when the parcel is dispatched. If an item is out of stock we cancel and refund that part of the order.
Security
Checkout runs over HTTPS and card data is processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 provider. We do not see or keep your full card number.
Refunds
Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, PayPal refunds within 3–5. See Shipping & Returns for eligibility.
Payment problems
If a payment fails, check that your billing address matches the card and that 3-D Secure verification was completed. Still stuck? Email support@jerseybonkers.com with the order number.
