1. About these terms
These terms apply to every order placed on jerseybonkers.com. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept them.
2. Orders
All orders are subject to stock availability and to payment being authorised. If an item cannot be supplied, or if a price has been listed in error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
3. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Import duties and local taxes charged on arrival are the responsibility of the buyer. Payment is taken at the time of ordering by card (through Stripe) or by PayPal.
4. Shipping and returns
Dispatch times, delivery estimates and our 30-day return policy are set out on the Shipping & Returns page, which forms part of these terms.
5. Product descriptions
Every jersey sold on this site is a fan-made reproduction produced by us. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or licensed by any club, league, federation or sportswear brand. Club, league and team names are used only to identify the design of the product.
Colours may vary slightly between production runs and between screens. Product photographs are for illustration; small differences in trim, sponsor placement or packaging do not constitute a defect.
6. Intellectual property
The layout, photography and copy on this site belong to us and may not be copied for commercial use without our written permission.
7. Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page when you place your order.
